recreational cost

Recreational - Cost

The cost for participating is $70 for registration-any registrations after the deadline will pay $90. Register online at www.normansoccer.org. Payments accepted are credit card, debit card, or echecks. If you wish to pay by cash or money order, you must register at the NYSA office in person.

Online Registration
Players must register online. Paper registration is not available. Please fill out your form carefully since mistakes cause delays and it will be too late to remove players from a team your player 'could have' been on.

Scholarships
A very limited number of financial scholarships are available to those in need or experiencing undo hardship. You must apply for scholarships in the NYSA office. The criteria are proof of free and reduced lunch in the Norman Public School system and depending on income level each player will pay a $15 processing fee if on free lunch (cash, check, or credit card/debit card) or 1/2 of current registration fee (reduced lunch). Depending on availability of funds the late fee will be added after the registration deadline. You may contact 366-5908 for your letter verifying free or reduced lunch status.

Drops / Refunds
Players may drop before the registration deadline and receive a refund MINUS A $10 FEE FOR PROCESSING (gotsport, bank fees, etc.). There are no refunds after the first game of the season. Players who quit showing up for practices and games may be dropped by NYSA. We will contact you in advance based on your contact information (if we are not able to leave a message or if you do not return messages, the player will be dropped).

Late Registrations
Players registering late will be placed on a waiting list after prepayment is received. Based on the practice areas having openings, players will be pulled off the waiting list in the order in which payment is received.
