NEW REFEREE INFORMATION PLEASE READ AND PASS ON FOR THE FALL 2011 SEASON

 

Current "09" level referees also have an opportunity to upgrade to the "08" grade from August 25 – 27, 2011.

Referees will receive classroom training that is followed up by on-the-field training and mentoring.

NYSA is gearing up for the newest upgrade class of referees for the fall of 2011. A new group of officials will be trained starting August 25th, 2011. Classroom training will be held at the Newcastle Community Center.

There are 4 sessions to the class and you must attend all 4.

August 25: 6pm – 9pm

August 26: 6pm – 9pm

August 27: 9am – 12pm

August 27: 1pm – 4pm

At the end of session 4 the student will take a multiple choice test and must correctly answer 75 out of 100 questions to successfully pass the course.

Players must be a minimum of 11 years old. Coaches and parents, any age accepted!

Directions to Newcastle Community Center-Newcastle Community Center located at 422 S. Main, Newcastle, OK 73065. Directions from South OKC are as follows. Take the Newcastle exit off of I-44, go south to NW 10th, turn west, go to the end of the block. The library and community center is at the end of the block.
