NYSA RESCHEDULE POLICY

RECREATIONAL RESCHEDULES:

The reschedule policy for recreational teams is as follows:

AGES U5-U10-BY TUESDAY 8PM BEFORE THE WEEKEND OF GAMES

AGES U11/12 BY SUNDAY 8 PM BEFORE THE WEEKEND OF GAMES

1. Call the opposing coach and agree on reschedule and get several possible times. You can look on the master schedule for your age group and see available times. We schedule in blocks so if there is a 2 pm game you could go for the 3 pm game-not a 5 pm game.

2. Email Justin Jack at justinjack@ymail.com with both team numbers, date of game, and emails for coaches for reschedule

3. Justin will email both coaches a confirmation or email times available back for both to choose from.

If you cancel after that time or NO SHOW to a game, the team cancelling or no show will have to pay the referees in order to reschedule.

Fees range from $8- U5/ $12- U7/8 /$14-U9/10/ $35-$65-U11/12

TRAVELING RECREATIONAL RESCHEDULES

We require a week's notice-Sunday before the following weekend-for this age group. If this is a home game, PLEASE NOTIFY the office 573-0070 by email and phone asap so we can try to get the referees off the system for payment.

1. Notify other coach of need to reschedule and try to get a couple of dates and times.

2. Notify the office by email and phone to stop referee payment and see about available times.

3. Once a time is chosen for reschedule, Bill Pevarnik and Paulette of Frontier Country will be notified so schedule posting can be updated.

4. Coaches need to confirm with each other the change. Follow up paperwork should be sent to Frontier Country as follow up confirmation.

LATE RESCHEDULES REQUIRE THE CANCELLING TEAM TO PAY REF FEES WHICH CAN VARY FROM $50 TO $115
